01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "56com" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service accessible at 56com.pro, including all associated games, features, promotions, and support services.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses a 56com account.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 56com platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 56com Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 56com. 56com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility and Registration

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that your use of the 56com platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your location.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering your 56com account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. 56com reserves the right to require supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active 56com account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — through any means including different email addresses, device spoofing, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

04 Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 56com account credentials. You must select a strong, unique password and must not share your login details with any third party. 56com will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify 56com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. All activity occurring on your account while authenticated is considered authorized by you unless you have provided timely notification of unauthorized access.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

56com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• A valid self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order is in place; or
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 56com reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

56com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 56com reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment account not belonging to the registered 56com player — are strictly prohibited. 56com reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to their source if third-party ownership is suspected.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered player. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player must complete the 56com KYC process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 56com cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 56com reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect upon display in the cashier interface.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

56com is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. Any suspected misuse of the 56com platform for money laundering, structuring, or financial crime will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Accounts under AML investigation may be temporarily frozen pending resolution.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 56com are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These terms include applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting, abusing, or circumventing 56com's bonus and promotional structures — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus completion without genuine risk — will have their bonus funds voided, any resulting winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for permanent suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account balance. 56com accepts no liability for expired bonus funds where the player has been provided with adequate notice of the applicable terms at the time the bonus was issued.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the 56com platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. 7.3 Technical Malfunctions

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56com platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in poker, sports betting, or any other game type;

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization; or

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 56com platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 56com or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 56com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 56com content without prior written consent;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any 56com software;
• Use 56com trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written authorization; or
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the 56com platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 56com's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 56com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

56com shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform; or
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 56com's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, network failures, or cyberattacks.

11 Privacy and Data

56com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
